Swim in the rain? YES!

2000 yds. Today was a windy and rainy forecast, I didn’t feel like going in the pool, but I was so close (I was already doing other things in that neighborhood) I had to.  As usual, opting for exercise vs. nothing was a good choice.  I did all freestyle, some of the laps felt nice and smooth.  I had done upper body weight training yesterday, so my chest and arms were sore going in.  They felt WAY better after a swim.  Even my last 500 yards were spent swimming in the sun!  It always is better to just say,”YES!”  This workout was more proof of that. My goggles are still almost causing a headache they’re so tight. I have to get newer more padded versions.
