4 mi. Welcome back, Charlotte! She came and did the whole track ordeal – first time in awhile. My right lower calf area was tight and still hurt, so I was never in the front pack, always in the middle or the rear group. It was very refreshing to have Charlotte to speak with, I missed her at the weekday runs. I used the new pair of red Asics Gel Kayanos today.
