5mi. Today was STILL cold at the track, will we please see regular Florida mornings soon? I came with a t-shirt, shorts, and fleece and the small gloves from my car. I was determined not to be cold. After the first 1000m of workout (below) I tossed the jacket aside. I felt good in that I had no pain from my right lower calf, I really took a back seat on today’s running to be sure I wouldn’t hurt or aggravate it. I completed the run and the cool down, seeming like I had a whole lot of time to play with but I forgot about the daylight savings swap. Thinking I had all this time before it got light out, I stayed about 10 minutes longer than usual and arrived home later than usual.
