It all matches up.

2000 yds. Today was plain and simple. I did all my yardage freestyle, no rush, but felt like I was side to side more correct than before. I didn’t bother with flip turns, just swam leisurely to get better form.  The air was 78 degrees. The pool water was 78 degrees. It all matched up!  The sky was cloudless, the sun was warm, it was an IDEAL day to play in the pool.  Scott and Carolyn told me about the Tri Fast Swim coach iPhone app. I looked quickly on the hack sites and didn’t see it – I’ll keep my eye out for that software.  Apparently I can do a 500m time trial then structure workouts based on that outcome to improve… all delivered by the iPhone, poolside, in a ziplock bag of course!
