The new app works!

2000 yds. Having relied upon the new TriFaster app to generate a workout for me, I went through the suggested warmup – main set – cooldown.  i completely noticed a difference swimming with time and distance as a factor!  I was going along faster trying to “earn” more of a rest in between each intervals. I wouldn’t say “breakthrough” but I see the difference between swimming on the clock vs. slapping laps to get distance.  Here’s the workout…

Warmup Set (300y)
4 x 75 (25 easy/25 build easy to moderate/25 moderate) @ 0:15 rest

Main Set (1600y)
6 x [5 x 50 @ 1:15, build effort over each set of 5]
100 drill

Warmdown Set (100y)
[25 kick/50 swim/25 kick] @ 0:15 rest
