It counts.

6 mi. Even though I ran my slowest possible Blue Heron Bridge laps ever today, it was good that I covered all the miles and had no ill effects from the recovering left leg. I got there and did not do the warmup mile or the cool down mile. I’d say without an accurate count that 18-20 people came to the run this morning, but not Chiara. I ran alone until Scott Hicks did a slow lap with me, my 4th. Then alone again for 5 & 6.  The sun rises earlier, but my 10 minute miles still had me in the car and ready for home at 6:03.  I smelled a good amount of fuel exhaust on my first lap, even with a breeze from the east. Stating temp today was 79 degrees.
