4 x 50 [25 easy/25 build] @ 0:10 rest
The pool was very crowded with kids on a field trip. because of this, there were less adult swim lap lanes available. It was fun watching the kids fearful of their first high dive leap – jump off for the first time. I didn’t have any problems pushing off the wall, I had taken two ibupros prior to leaving the office. The workout was good, I have to start doing other drills besides just swimming with one arm.
