Tues ride = Wed ride on short holiday week

20mi. Since we had Monday off, Tuesday was a day to just sleep til normal waking up time.  Wednesday I rode the Singer Island route, putting in an average speed of 20.9 mph. I didn’t think I was going to go fast, just get a ride in. I have the physical therapy doctor appt on Thursday, I don’t want to bring him anything even more injured than I already have!  It has gotten very humid, my M Frame glasses fog from riding. I tried wiping them during the ride, front and rear of the lens, with no results. I’m better staying hydrated during the ride, drinking at opportune times like the top of the bridge, traffic intersections, and any other times I see a chance to slow and sip.
