Better than sleeping

20 mi. I did the circle around Singer Island at a below normal pace avg of 19.2 mph. I had a headwind of 10 mph for the first eastward heading 4 miles, I didn’t try to push too hard against that. I was one gear easier than usual to employ spinning mentality. Even riding south on US-1 was sub par on the speed side.  I did see more people out in Lark Park and Riviera Beach than usual, a crowd of guys near Dunkin’ Donuts and a lady near the Southern whatever motor home park. It began to get lighter out near the JD MacArthur Park entrance. There are not many cars out at that time, less perhaps since school is on recess for the summer.  I have to get that annoying loose spoke fixed, the pinging with most rear wheel rotations is bad.
