2 x 300m, 100 recover in between, 200 recover at the end.
4 x 500m, 200 recover
3 x 200m, 200 recover
2 x 500m, 200 recover
2 x 300m, 100 recover in between, 200 recover at the end.
1 mi coldown.
I was in the middle towards the front, running with Perry and Eileen. I never paced with Erica on any of the intervals.
