Bridge Tues

8mi. Joined by Walter, I ran the mile warmup and cooldown and a slow 6 miles of hills.  No ill effects from my left calf muscle, which was the hope. I think it was the warmest 5am start ever on the bridge, my car said 86 degrees. It at one point driving there said 89, but that was inaccurate.  I plodded and didn’t notice any difference between legs climbing or descending. May that be the norm again!
