Missing swims?

2000 yds I keep doing these Tri Faster workouts iPhone app workouts and emailing them to myself in hopes of putting them on the blog, but there’s a disconnect in the mailing process that keeps them from getting back to me. Yes, the IT guy is having problems sending reliable emails to himself!  Here’s what I did Thursday…

Warmup Set (300y)
3 x 100 (25 easy/25 easy-moderate/50 moderate) @ 0:15 rest

Main Set (1600y)
5 x [100 @ 2:10, 2 x 50 @ 1:15, 4 x 25 @ 0:45]
100 non-free

Warmdown Set (100y)
[25 kick/50 swim/25 kick] @ 0:15 rest
