Add it up, it’s hot!

8mi. When I leave the house at 4:40am, it’s 83 degrees.  When I get to the bridge, it’s 88 degrees? My car is lying to me!  I wanted a breeze, but not this much – theres a direct wind from the East at 17 mph.  Going up is tough, coming down into the wind is great!  I had to use the men’s room after the hills, but there are two guys monopolizing the stalls, I choose not to wait – I leave and go home.  I ran with Valerie and Scott Hicks, my first four laps were solo.  No leg pain on any of the climbs – that’s good news!
