Getting better!

2000 yards. This workout went very well! The intervals, the timing, it felt very good. I tried to concentrate on rotating side to side and catch up type arm motions.

Warmup Set (400y)
250 easy-mod @ 5:20
150 kick

Main Set (1300y)
3 x [100 easy @ 2:35, 100 moderate @ 2:25, 100 mod-hard @ 2:15, 100
hard @ 2:05]
100 kick

Warmdown Set (300y)
2 x 150 (50 easy/50 moderate/25 kick easy/25 kick hard) @ 0:15 rest
