More pull than kicking

2000 yards.  Broken up into short 50s and 100s, today’s workout was good to discover keeping my head down and hydro-dynamically out of the way. I watch others and want to keep the side swiveling motion going, as well as any effort to contribute with a kick. It helps!

Warmup Set (300y)
4 x 75 (25 easy/25 build easy to moderate/25 moderate) @ 0:15 rest

Main Set (1300y)
4 x [2 x 50 @ 1:20, 100 @ 2:15, 2 x 50 @ 1:20]
100 kick

Warmdown Set (400y)
[100 easy, 75 easy-moderate, 50 moderate, 25 moderate-hard] @ 0:15
rest between each interval
150 non-free
