Making some ground
8mi. Did the usual 5am early arrival on a day with minimal breeze and maximum humidity! I ran with Scott for the first lap, then he said he wanted to go fast for two. I did the climb up half with him and got dropped. A good point was that put my pace higher than it would’ve normally been for the rest of my miles. I finished well, showered and was satisfied that the left leg was feeling the same as the right leg. The injury could be whipped!
