2000 yards. This is the workout, forgot to post it… I liked doing the 300s.

Warmup Set (400y)
2 x [50 swim, 50 kick, 50 pull @ 0:15 rest]
100 kick

Main Set (1300y)
4 x 300 @ 1:00 rest, build effort by 50s
100 drill

Warmdown Set (300y)
200 build by 50s @ 4:45, 2 x 50 @ 1:10
