40 mi. Today I thought we were going to Sandsprit park for 50 miles, but we agreed to go shorter and run 3 miles after the ride. I felt god, didn’t try to overdo it on the pulls, and decided to ride back from Bridge Rd with Charlotte when she wasn’t feeling up to the Adrianna speed on the way back. Wind was from the east, so didn’t wipe us out. Scott and Chiara were also riding, our group of 5 was all together until the stop sign Chiara went thru south of the Jupiter Island Golf course.
