Better and not noticing the distances as much

2000 yards. This workout had kicking, and I couldn’t find a good set of the loaner cut short fins, so I did it with bare feet. I am slow. The longer intervals were ok, not taxing on the breathing. I think my arms do better and I’m getting better accustomed to a straight head and rotating more.

Warmup Set (200y)
50 easy @ 1:20, 100 moderate @ 2:25, 50 easy @ 1:20

Main Set (1500y)
500 @ 0:40 rest, 400 @ 0:30 rest, 300 @ 0:30 rest, 200 @ 0:20 rest,
100 @ 0:20 rest

Warmdown Set (300y)
3 x 100 kick @ 2:25
