Hills are better in the cool weather

7.5 mi. A warmup mile, a lap solo, then 5 more with Scott.  Then temps were ow 70s, there was much less humidity and I ran well up and down, keeping my fastest pace for the last two laps.  My men’s room visit cost me the final lap of cooldown.  This is an abbreviated week of training for time needed to settle personal matters. It’s good to get out there and back quickly to prep John for school.
