Better miles and short intervals!

4 mi. No cooldown for me when John’s waiting at home!  Paul called for the timed mile today, I ran it concentrating on breathing deep.  I finished with Erica at 5:55 a step behind.  I could have gotten 5:50.  Next time I will look to beat 5:50 because in November, unless it is after the MiamiMan race, it should be even cooler for better times.
