Laps in the lane alone

2000 yards.  Less people show up for swimming now, and they sign in the locker room says the pool will be closed right after MiamiMan.  Good, I can use a break from the swimming, but not too much of a break.  I felt focused on form for the middle parts of it, and lost enjoying to warm sun on my back in the beginning and at the end of the intervals.

2 x [50 easy @ 1:20, 100 moderate @ 2:25, 50 easy @ 1:20]

Main Set (1300y)

3 x [200 @ 4:45, 8 x 25 @ 0:40]

100 non-free

Warmdown Set (300y)

12 x 25 build @ 0:40
