LONG Course!

2000 yards. I came with Walter, his first Lake Lytal swim, and we were both surprised by the lanes being setup for long course.  A strong wind and overcast skies made it easy to finish minus sunscreen.  I was very glad the course was 50 yards, it felt good on my arms and chest.  Maybe since I did a workout yesterday, maybe since I had to go twice as long before turning – all added up it was good for me!

Warmup Set (400y)
2 x 200 easy-mod @ 4:20

Main Set (1300y)
5 x [100 moderate @ 2:10, 4 x 25 hard @ 0:45, 50 easy @ 1:30]
50 non-free

Warmdown Set (300y)
3 x 100 [25 kick/50 swim/25 kick] @ 0:15 rest
