Even the water helps

2000 yards. Recovery also happens in the pool! A friendly workout that allowed me to not kick but relax my legs to a light flutter was very welcomed.  A very good day, water cooler than usual but easy to adjust to, it makes the drive to and from the pool easier to accept.  I really can’t complain about any of it!

Warmup Set (300y)

3 x 100 easy-mod @ 2:20

Main Set (1400y)
7 x [50 easy @ 1:35, 50 moderate @ 1:25, 50 mod-hard @ 1:15, 50 hard @ 1:05]

Warmdown Set (300y)
2 x 150 (25 easy, 100 build, 25 hard) @ 3:20
