Getting one in

6mi.  I ran the neighborhood route at slow 10 min miles to see what my calf would feel like. At first, it was tight with soreness on the outsides.  As I made it past 2 miles, it felt better, never the same as the other one but ok to run with.  I think a few p/t sessions with Dr Larivee will have me good by the triathon.
