2000 yards.  I had to be timely today due to tours, there were two others swimming laps today at the LA Fitness.

11 x [100 mod-hard effort @ 2:25, 25 easy effort @ 0:50]
25 non-free

Warmdown Set (200y)
4 x 50 @ 1:20
