All you can eat, in 300m portions

4 mi.  The previous week I wasn’t at the track workout, but I heard about it from Walter.  Driving rain, low attendance, and a mile for time at the end.  Neat I thought, because it has to be another 5-6 weeks before I see another one of those!  That’s good news for my recovering leg.  So Paul starts out by saying he has received many emails, faxes and “twitters” regarding the difficulty of the last workout, so he decided that this workout would be tough too!  We did 16 300m sprints, many with only 100m recovery.  We did 4 sets of 4 300s, getting a 200m recovery after each set.  And yes, my newly recovered right leg felt good after all 16 intervals, good and used!
