It gets easier when you do it right

2000 yards  As I do more 100s and 200s, I see the rotation during the stroke, I hold my breathe til the very last minute, it’s working.  It helps to be swimming at LA Fitness with the new lights installed, too!

Warmup Set (200y)
8 x 25 build @ 0:40

Main Set (1600y)
4 x [4 x 25 @ 0:45, 200 @ 0:30 rest, 4 x 25 @ 0:40]

Warmdown Set (200y)
2 x 100 easy-mod @ 2:20
