8mi. I got there in time to catch Walter waiting for Dave Reback to circle the parking lot. We did a perky speed warmup followed by two quick bridge laps before Dave R. went his own pace and Walter and I discussed work and stuff. It was hot at the start, only a small breeze from the east felt good when running west. Seemed like less people around, maybe the end of school had parents doing the special shuttle for kids this week. The roads are as bad as ever, I rolled my left ankle on lap #2, not bad enough to stop, but enough to where it hurt the next day at work.
