I must like the mornings

8mi.  There are no lights on the north side of the bridge where we run.  Thankfully the construction is done on the north side so it’s not a free for all with the traffic. Walter came after my first lap of warmup, and we ran 3 laps with John Reback. I wasn’t as slow as the prior week, my ribs hurt less two weeks from the kayaking.
