1/4mi/10 mi./3 mi. A good outing on a wet course. My swim was a mess of bumping into people and learning the lesson that being better than most of the people will help me avoid that in the future. This should have been much easier to do in a 1/4 mi straight line! Biking went well, wet roads kept people on their brakes for every turn, not I. I kept a 22 mph average with many newbies on the course for the second lap. The run was ok, I felt in control, managed breathing in sync with my leg speed for the 3 miles and 20 seconds +.12 it took to spin two laps around the park. I was 5th place out of 25 guys, only 35 seconds out of winning a third place.
