10 @ 7

10 miles.  It is an unlikely day when I’m doing this many miles after work, but the chance came – so go.  Chiara and Walter were planning this, I did not run at the bridge early this morning so it was ripe for me to makeup the time on my feet from a lackluster mileage weekend.  Sure two sprint efforts in triathlons gave me exposure to race conditions, but no reall aerobic test.  It was 89 at the start, 87 at the finish. Most miles were less than 8:45, with the final 3/4 mi being at 7min
