Tape these together and they look very nice…

16mi.  Surely before a century ride I should relax and be sociable, run light and be strong for tomorrow, right?  Steve Bernstein, Walter and I ran 16 starting at 5am, easy running to PGA and back. (self supplied water with no jug at FP&L anymore)  At the store we barely made it to the water before it was time to start the group run – just like last week.  We ran manageable pace all the way to the inlet, got water, quick pee stop and more tempo now that the sun was up.  We did the palm tree sprints to Marcinski road again, too, I know that helps.  Pouring in some power late in the run (mile 13-14.5) has to help.
