Final Four

7.5 mi Took my time getting started, I ran only one lap around the parking lot with Walter before Chiara and Charlotte arrived ready to run.  This was maybe the first time in a very long time that the four of us came to run the bridge together.  It may be the last with Charlotte’s departure and upcoming tough schedule. It was cooler than last week, a slight breeze from the west made those laps up well.  I felt good after the first one, we kept a relaxed pace. I’m glad I went, it was hard to get out of bed this morning but good to have sweat and some miles behind me…
