8 mi. No relief from the breeze today, only a small amount of wind from the west helped make the climb west bearable. I ran with Walter who flies to Sydney after going home to shower, he will miss a few workouts next month due to Aussie and NZ trips. Paul stopped shortly after our cool down and also commented on his well heated run. Walter and I spent 1/2 hr asking him questions about Laura and the Olympic selection this year. Greg may not be able to compete as a US athlete, Laura looks to be a good qualifier, perhaps at London while we do the Loggerhead tri. Very insightful listening to him discuss this with us!
