2000 yards. I felt neat leaving the crummy weather outside to get a swim workout in. I was trying new clear TYR goggles and I remember noticing the shortness of breath I had in the early warmup laps. I did the 300s and had some thoughts about form, but I felt my breathing needed the most help today.
