The flags do not lie

17.5 mi.  The Wednesday ride route with Suzanne was very breezy today.  I had installed her original Felt wheelset last night, the skewer borrowed from the Cosmic set I Have at home with a rear flat from the Lake Worth tri. Wind was from the East/Southeast.  The flags on A1A south were pointing as if it were coming from the east only.  But I rode into stiff winds heading south. My wheel loosened in the first mile, easily fixed by tightening the skewer. Suzanne followed me into the wind until I spit on her at Lake Worth Ave (?). We came back with a partial tailwind and finished with too much eco drink in my bottle.
