I did the hurried Wednesday ride with Suzanne, taking a small bit of time to violently yell at a goofy motorist who signalled to trurn in front of us, slowed us to a stop, then waited for us to pass. We had a good headwind going NOrth, so coming back to the start point was a workout of legs and lungs. These brief stints on the bike keep some of my pedal power working… I need more and longer however.
