7 mi. A mile of warmup and 6 bridge laps make for tired legs second time this week. I was alone except for the local walkers and a few runners I didn’t know that arrived as I was leaving. I know these small hills are mild and paved compared to my race in a week and a half, but it beats just running around the neighborhood. I have quiet time when I do these hills alone, to think ad imagine what the 50 miler will be like.
