4 mi. I skipped on the cooldown mile, and interrupted the first 1000m interval with 150 to go for a bathroom visit. Good mix of thinsg to do, none at a pace any faster than I’ll run Sunday – 7:30 or slower. I like that so many people are coming to the A1A Marathon, a great course even if we have warmer than ideal conditions!
