Slow all the way

16mi. The intent was a slow run. Done and Garmin verified, my average pace for the “5am start to PGA & back – store run to the Inlet and back”was 10:45. And still, for Palm 100, that will be too fast. I’m guessing I’ll have to do walking interspersed with the slow pace running to keep my body moving forward for 12+ hours. I swam with Suzanne one lap of buoys after the run, that was ok, clear but wavy and rip currents.
