Quiet at the pool

2000 yards.  I felt better in this workout, I thought about Motivation Man and how long I’d really be in the water. .9 mi. isn’t that long, espcially on flat waters like the INtracoastal.

Warmup Set (400y)

[100 easy, 75 easy-moderate, 50 moderate, 25 moderate-hard] @ 0:15 rest between each interval

150 drill

 

Main Set (1400y)

7 x 200 @ 4:45

Warmdown Set (200y)

50 swim, 50 kick, 50 pull @ 0:15 rest

50 drill
