8 mi. Walter met early and we ran the route uninterrupted. Paul and John Reback came, we spoke at the end of the run on Laura’s Olympic trials race in San Diego. Paul was slated to travel there and do the age group part of the race over the weekend. Walter had some extra zip climbing the hills today. It was 73 deg and humid, only a small breeze coming from the eats to cool us one way over.
