Erica’s lead

5 mi. I came to play some but barely awake, I have been goofed by changes in the traffic lights on the way, barely making it in time for the warmup jog.  I didn’t bring a drink, and it got noticeably lighter before we were done running today.

1 mi warmup jog
400m w/200m recovery
800m w/200m recovery
600m w/200m recovery
1200m w/200m recovery
400m w/200m recovery
800m w/200m recovery
600m w/200m recovery

1 mi cooldown

 

I ran all intervals except for the last one considerably behind Erica. No breath or desire to chase or lead today!
