Getting better

2000 yards. When I watch others swim at what my pace turns out to be, it looks painstakingly slow. For the record, I don’t try to go faster, I try to make the swim as least taxing as possible.

Warmup Set (400y)

4 x 100 [25 kick/50 swim/25 kick] @ 0:15 rest

Main Set (1500y)

7 x 200 (25 sprint/50 hard/100 moderate/25 sprint) @ 4:15

100 drill

Warmdown Set (100y)

100 easy-mod @ 2:20
