46mi. I rode to Sandsprit Park with Austin as a method to give my legs a good spin. We went up at a moderate 19-20mph pace, and talked all the way. He didn’t surge ahead except for one stretch up Dixie highway. On the way back he suggested we ride Dixie to the end and then US-1. We did and it was a good exercise in soft rolling hills. Not much traffic out on a Sunday morning, this was a good route for me. When we returned home we did the now familiar (3 weeks in a row) circle the duck pond route. I enjoy the days I can do the workouts and nit be pressed for time.
