Swim reluctance

2000m.  After I drop John, it’s kinda too early to hit the office, so I’ve incorporated swimming at the LA Fitness that lies between John’s school and the office. I don’t have the Swim Planner App on my phone anymore, so I just get in, swim 40 touches tot he other side and I’m done. I notice my performance is more along what I believe to be correct form.  I rotate more, stay “longer” on each stroke to glide. I wonder if this stuff is working or if I’m imagining it?
