Track on moderate level

4 mi. No cooldown time today, but with Erica running the workout, our shortest interval was a 400m. I decided to lay off the track speed today, it doesn’t feel like I’ve done 30 miles less than a week ago but it’s definitely not forgotten by my legs. I ran behind Gary Walk most intervals, no where near Erica, Tom Matese or Diane LeBar who runs her intervals with some gusto!
