2000m I swam today, the only time this week. I was in a lane next to an older lady, who while out of the pool seemed like she was going slow. But once I swam next to her, I was challenged to keep up doing my 40 touches to the other side. I don’t need much swim practice for what I have coming, but to work my arms and upper body it’s a good idea to keep some proficiency here in the pool
