Extra credit after work

6mi. I leave for Colorado tomorrow. I arranged to run with Walter from Loggerhead park north to Carlin Park and back. It was cooler than previous days and more of a relief from what heat we had experienced earlier in the month. We showered at the beach lot before going to a happy hour at Square Grouper for a  kickoff to an all-girl fishing tournament. We met Kara Weber and Annalise Norman while there. I’m glad I snuck in a small run being that I’ll be heading to the airport instead of running at track tomorrow. I’m well tuned in the legs to run out west. Let’s see how the lungs fare!
